Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that content was mistakenly removed due to a false or incorrect DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, email, and phone number.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its prior location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was mistakenly taken down.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA complaint.
  5. Your signature (typed or handwritten).

Send your counter-notification to the same email provided above. If valid, the disputed content may be restored unless the complainant files legal action within a specified timeframe.
